£32k + 5% shift allowance + overtime
Permanent role
Based Central London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Network Support Analyst to join a global provider of network services and unified communications solutions to the financial industry. This role will require flexibility to work shifts and weekends.

As a Network Support Analyst some of your duties will include:
*Providing first line diagnostics, Tier 1 troubleshooting and technical support to clients
*Opening incident and change tickets, managing the full ticket lifecycle
*Logging all troubleshooting steps and statistics
*Escalating incidents to Tier 2 when necessary and liaising continuously with other engineering teams
*Producing reports

To be considered for the Network Support Analyst position you will need to have the following:
*Proven Service Desk and client support experience
*Cisco qualification (CCNA or upwards), or other alternate qualification
*Experience of support, troubleshooting, and fault isolation within an MPLS environment
*Fundamental Networking knowledge eg. LAN/WAN, Switching, Routers etc.
