Our client, a market leading distribution company, are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for all users at their head office in the City. Working in a vibrant office, you will be able to utilise your communication skills and represent the organisation in a professional manner

Supporting all users, your ability to communicate at all levels and troubleshoot effectively with a structured approach is essential. Experience within the following technologies

Laptop and Desktop hardware support

Windows 7 and above Operating Systems

Windows Server and Active Directory Services

Microsoft Office Suite

Experience using an IT Service Management Tool

Networking including TCP/IP and switches

Telecoms administration

Project based work
