Our client is a Fund Management company based in London Bridge. They are recruiting for a finance assistant to work in their London office. Your role will be to support the Operations Manager and take on the financial duties.

The Ideal Finance Assistant will be:

  • Collating information and running checks on prospective clients
  • Working on compliance projects (currently GDPR),
  • Researching pass porting options to market funds in different jurisdictions
  • Attending client meetings
  • Taking minutes for client meetings and distributing to the relevant people
  • Invoicing clients and chasing late payments
  • Research into new markets in various countries for new funds
  • Business development support
  • Project support

The ideal Finance Assistant will have:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in finance/bookkeeping or finance degree
  • Hands-on, proactive and self-motivated
