UK Marketing Manager: An experienced and innovative Marketing Manager is required to create, develop and implement a UK wide marketing strategy for a leading global provider of voice-directed work solutions, with offices in the UK, France, Germany and the US.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Strategy, this is an exciting opportunity for an analytical Marketing Manager to work closely with the Sales team to lead and develop the UK marketing strategy to maximise performance and market engagement for this dynamic global business with ambitious growth plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a team, preferably in a B2B industry, with market research as a key strength. Candidates with an understanding of GDPR and its impact on marketing activities are desirable.

*Develop and implement a 3-year rolling marketing strategy to enable growth ambitions to be realised
*Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Strategy, Sales Director and the Senior Management Team to ensure the Sales & Pre-sales teams are effectively supported, educated and equipped with all the necessary tools required to succeed in a fast paced, rapidly changing market
*Lead and coordinate all UK marketing, advertising and events (external and internal)
*Increase content available to the team, by creating, refreshing and re-purposing customer case studies and win announcements for publication and promotion
*Oversee and create customer research, market analysis and competitor profiling, communicating findings to the leadership team
*Develop and implement marketing campaigns into new and existing sectors and markets
*Work pro-actively with product management to create and launch new products and solutions into the market
*Expand and develop marketing platforms including social reach
*Monitor industry best practices and attend networking events

Skills & Experience:
*Business or marketing-related degree
*CIM professional qualification
*5 years' post-qualification experience
*Proven leadership skills having successfully managed and developed a marketing team
*Experienced in developing and managing marketing strategies
*Technical marketing skills
*Proven experience in customer and market research
*Exceptional presentation skills
*Excellent written (including copywriting) skills and verbal communications delivering a clear message with confidence
*Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to exercise good judgement and sound decision-making and able to prioritise to have greatest business impact
*Strategic thinker and influencer
