An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Product Manager to join RoSPA’s busy Marketing Department. In this role, you will proactively manage, develop and deliver full offline and online marketing activity for part of RoSPA’s commercial product portfolio to maximise awareness, lead generation and budgeted revenue. Working closely with the Business Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating email campaigns, developing and implementing marketing plans, providing trend analysis and market research to guide campaign planning and using search marketing techniques to optimise search engine visibility and website conversion rates.
In addition, RoSPA’s Product Manager will be responsible for negotiating and overseeing advertising activity, maximising offline marketing opportunities (eg print advertising, direct mail, inserts, conferences etc) and ensuring full utilisation of workplace social media channels.
The successful candidate will have a degree (or equivalent) in marketing or business/commerce and have at least 2 years experience in a B2B marketing role. Proven copy writing skills and the ability to write engaging copy is essential as is experience of social media marketing, SEO techniques and working with design agencies. This role also requires a strong communicator who has demonstrable organisational and analytical skills. A CIM or IDM qualified would also be advantageous.
