As a User Researcher you’ll be passionate about learning user behaviours and creating fantastic user experiences. You'll work with and learn from the User Research Lead and influence the development of the next features for the product. The User Researcher will work with a team of creative and smart people and can collaborate with the other teams within Marketing, Engineering and Business Intelligence.

The User Researcher will join company where UX is highly valued and product decisions are directly informed by UX research. You’ll Work with multiple teams and stakeholders to identify research topics. The User Researcher will plan and conduct studies to generate ideas, uncover issues, explore solutions, and gauge the usability of new and existing experiences.

In doing so, apply a variety of research methods, such as ethnography, surveys, interviews, A/B and multivariate testing, card sorting, tree testing, and more.
Share research findings and insights across the organization in compelling and creative ways to build a better understanding of our users, and nurture empathy with them. You will be the voice of our users in product development

What we would like you to have:

Degree in a human behaviour or computer science related field (Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Science, Information Science, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of relevant work experience as UX Researcher in a product environment.
Command of a broad set of qualitative and quantitative research methods, and strong understanding of experiment design principles.
Confidence in articulating the strengths and limitations of various research methods, and in choosing which one(s) to apply.
Basic understanding of statistical concepts applied to user research.
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and organization skills.
Fluency in English (additional language a plus)
