The position of Site Management Accountant is based at our Westerleigh production site, near Bristol. Working closely with the Site Accountant & the Senior Management Team, this is one of the key roles on site. As our successful Management Accountant, you will be responsible for management reporting, new product costing, KPI reporting, shop floor systems interfaces and support the capital project process. This is largely a new role and you will have a wide scope to make the role your own. The role is a key link between the finance team and the site operations functions.

In addition, you will be expected to line manage three members of the accounting team and, as required, to deputise for the Site Accountant as required.

To be successfully appointed as our Management Accountant, we are looking for someone who is a part Qualified CIMA / ACCA Accountant, someone who has experience of working within a finance function in a large organization and someone who has experience of using an ERP system. Additional experience of accounting in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of SAP R3 and advanced Excel skills and ability to use pivot tables and VBA to produce reports and dashboards would be desirable.
