Accounts Administrator - Temporary - Christchurch
An Accounts Administrator is being recruited by Bond Williams Accounting & Finance for a small but growing business based in Christchurch. The appointment will initially be on a temporary basis with a view to permanent so you will need to be available immediately or within a few days.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have responsibility initially for a large purchase ledger from receipt and input, supplier queries and authorisation and payment, sales invoicing, credit control, banking, bank reconciliations, dealing with customer queries and there would also be the possibility of assisting with management accounts.
You will need to have good transactional experience (purchase and sales ledger) and be able to handle high volume, have good Excel and ideally experience of Sage 50. A friendly working environment is offered, together with parking and pension.
