IT Service Desk Team Leader - Microsoft Windows 7/10, Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016, Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016, Networking Experience (routers, switches & firewalls), Office 365, Good Microsoft Skills - AD/GPO's, Understanding of basic telephony, Basic Microsoft, Desktop, OS, Printing, Scanning, Networking (VLANs / Routing/ Subnetting / NAT / Ports) - Cisco skills would be good, Network Administration & Data Backup Technologies, SAN Storage / Hyper-V (Advantageous). I am looking for a meticulous Service Desk Team Leader to be an Escalations point within the Service Desk if you have excellent customer facing skills and happy to get involved in project work and go on site from time to time then this could be the role for you.

In this role will need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, instilling confidence in others with regards to their knowledge, competency, and ability to deliver - the role is 75% Technical / 25% Team Leadership where you will focus upon day to day delivery of service solutions which need to be completed in an effective manner with attention to detail and accuracy, you will be the glue for the service desk team.
