Experienced Care Assistant We are looking for an experienced Care Assistant that can deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to people that live here. With the opportunity to progress to a House Managers position that offers a higher wage and more responsibility. We need someone that can help instruct less experienced staff and ensure all activities are carried out. You will need to Interact with the people that live here following the Dementia Care Matters butterfly philosophy. Comply with CQC and North Somerset regulations. Full training and induction given as the home has been nominated for various national awards over the past few years.
