Business Administrator Apprenticeship (Level 3)
We are a distributor of ID card production equipment and supply to a network of approximately 10,000 organizations. Our customer base covers many well-known organizations such as DHL, BooHoo, Harrods, Nestle, & Buckingham Palace, as well as hundreds of schools, colleges, government departments and councils.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within our busy and demanding sales team and must be flexible, keen, friendly and self-motivated.
Our sales team comprises of 2 full time Key Account Managers and we are seeking a candidate who can provide sales support to these managers. Their daily duties will initially involve preparing quotations, answering emails, sending out sample products and coordinating orders with our order processing team.
Once their basic product and system knowledge is at the required level, they will then advance to managing some smaller customer accounts, generating new business opportunities and answering sales related enquiries by telephone. The successful candidate will be aiming towards permanent employment as a Key Account Manager, a role that will be offered once they are at the required level.
