Reception duties- answering the incoming client lines, taking and passing telephone messages and passing the calls to the relevant team member via our internal phone line system. Reviewing internal google docs, and updating to track work load.
Data input- both into our CRM System and Excel Information gathering- i.e. sourcing contact details for prospects with the view to be added into the database Importing/ exporting and merging whole data in to clients CRM systems Pulling appointment reports from the CRM system and formatting these- using word Exporting calls from our online platform and saving into our shared drive Support the HR/ Operation Manager compile information to become complaint for GDPR Filling/ organising hard copies of office documents Input information into our online tracking platform for team hours- with the view to be able to create the templates for these once more experienced

Training to be Provided:
In order to complete the level 2 qualification you will have to complete the mandatory units and a selection of the optional units listed below. Details of how many units you need to take will depend on the size of qualification you take. Mandatory Units Unit 201 Manage own performance in a business environment Unit 202 Improve own performance in a business environment Unit 203 Work in a business environment Unit 206 Communicate in a business environment You will also have the opportunity to study various optional units. Please see below for an example of what is on offer. Unit 204 Solve business problems Unit 322 Plan and organise meetings Unit 329 Deliver, monitor and evaluate customer service to external customers Unit 118 Improving productivity using IT Unit 243 Presentation software The other options will be given to you on your first meeting with your assessor.

We are looking for two apprentices with the view to create one new role at the end of this- the salary for this will be £18,000 annually.

The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.50 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. Not subject to DBS and based in Chichester town centre- close to all public transport. Will need to attend Crawley College for 6 x workshops and Functional Skills if you don’t hold GCSE’s in English and Maths grades A-C (exempt if you do have GCSE’s)
