Document Controller Assistant - £200 per week - Crawley
This role is part of our AMA / Handover team, with function as a document controller assistant.
The team purpose includes to develop and implement processes related to document control and management. They work with our project team to ensure all documents are stored and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
The team manage the process of distribution of documents predominately to our client, Gatwick Airport Limited related to delivered works.
While maintaining good working relationships, Document Controllers usually perform many of the following tasks:
Checking quality of documents.
Setting up project filling systems.
Teaming up with other documentation groups.

Training to be Provided:
Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration Functional Skills in Mathematics, English and ICT at Level 1 Employee Rights and Responsibilities Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
Excellent IT skills and willingness to learn information management software.
No specific qualifications- we are looking for the right person for the job.
Accuracy High attention to detail Flexible & proactive Reliable Able to work as part of a team Willingness to learn
