Tank Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a 2nd Line Support role for a client of ours based in Wiltshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take there next step in there career. The role will be focused around travelling to do face to face support and there also will be an element of remote support


  • Education Background
  • CRB Checked
  • Windows Server Knowledge
  • Networking Experience
  • Knowledge of Active Directory (AD)
  • Good undertsanding of Remote Access tools
  • Good understanding of PC hardware and software set-up and configuration and TCP/IP networking skills


  • To work effectively and productively with 3rd line support
  • To take ownership of user problems, perform a technical diagnosis and fix the issue either remotely or on-site
  • To document all calls on the call logging system
  • Produce statistics each month on Helpdesk issues
  • To maintain user security on all systems
