We are working with an exciting Training provider who are hiring for a Delivery Manager Performing Manufacturing Operations Trainer to join their growing delivery team based in Keighley.

You will use your excellent industry knowledge to assist in meeting our client’s apprenticeship targets and manage key levy clients. This role will also include managing the delivery of Apprenticeship frameworks and standards and managing a team of Trainers.

You can expect typical tasks to include:

Manage Levy and Non –levy funding for the company’s apprenticeship training deliverySupport in the planning, development, delivery and monitoring of apprenticeshipsLine manage a team of Trainers (setting and monitoring objectives) in line with company targetsManage performance appraisals, reviews and support staff developmentWork closely with Head of Operations and Director of Operations to ensure quality of service is delivered at all times.Deliver the role in line with ESFA funding rulesYou will have an extensive level of experience in delivering and managing Apprenticeship frameworks and standards. It is also imperative you are up to date with knowledge and experience around the recent changes of the Apprenticeship industry.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take the role as face of the training provider therefore the ability to build relations with internal and external stakeholders is essential.

Successful candidates must have:

IQA Level and PTLLS qualification (as a minimum)Have the ability to set and achieve demanding performance targetsHave the ability to work to deadlines and targets.The role will be based at a static site in Keighley. Hours will vary so flexible working will be required. Salary is negotiable dependent upon experience – from £27,500 upwards.
