Training Administrator Opportunities


Joining our client’s central business support teams, you will help to ensure delivery of excellent services to our client’s members.

Your role will involve:

  • Handling training enquiries and bookings
  • Preparing training/trainer materials, including posting and shipping.
  • Handling eLearning bookings and processing eLearning students on the Learning Management System.
  • Provide supporting cover for the Admin Team as and when required.
  • Organising team diaries and resources.
  • Assisting members to access the training that they require.

You must:

  • Have accurate administration skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Be highly organised and be able to prioritise your own and others workload/diaries.
  • Have excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbally.
  • Be a dependable team player.
  • Have competent IT skills.
