Reconciliation Administrator



Up to £20,000

We are currently recruiting for a Reconciliation Administrator to join a well-established and highly successful professional services company based in Liverpool City Centre. This is a permanent role dealing with reconciliation of stocks. Based close to local transport links, it is offering a salary of up to £20,000 depending on experience. It is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in reconciliation or similar, looking to join a company that values and is committed to there staff. Though a background in reconciliation of stocks would be beneficial, we are open to considering those from an administrative or other reconciliation background.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collating data for reconciliation
  • Maintaining reconciliation spreadsheets in Excel
  • Looking for anomalies in the data and reporting them
  • Producing weekly reports for outstanding reconciliations
  • Inputting fund and stock restrictions

Experience and Skills:

  • Reconciliations
  • Purchase ledger
  • Compliance and Auditing
  • Financial administrator
  • Administrator
