England Medical and Elite Futsal Team Operations Coordinator

With responsibility for 3 teams in total, the post holder will coordinate and manage the administrative and operational running of all aspects of medical services across the England disability and futsal squads, and also the events associated with England Elite Futsal teams.
All aspects of Medical Operations across the elite disability and futsal teams, disability development squads and talent pathway including administration of cardiac screening, medical referrals, treatment and rehabilitation and liaison with health partners on all aspects of treatment. To collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer – disability and futsal, on all aspects of medical delivery to include medical cover of Doctors and Physiotherapists, specialist appointments and training needs/events for itinerant staff. To collaborate with the National Physical Performance and Classification manager on all classification matters appertaining to the International Federations, British Paralympic Committee and others as required. Budgetary control and financial reconciliation of events. Process invoices through the Purchase Order System. Develop important relationships within other FA departments and external stakeholders such as UEFA and FIFA. Updating and maintaining the England Teams Online Portal and PMA system. All aspects of Team operations and administration for an the England elite Futsal teams Executive additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group changing priorities. THE CANDIDATE
- Extensive knowledge of Futsal in England Graduate level or equivalent experience Extensive knowledge of disability football in England. Experience of working in a talent pathway. Flexible approach to working hours and travelling to home and away matches / training camps / tournaments with the teams. Experience of working in a medical environment and familiar with medical terminology Experience of working within team sports
