Leading Manufacturer to the Construction industry, operating in over 40 countries, requires a Marketing Campaign Manager with proven success in leading and developing strategic B2B campaigns. You will work closely with a variety of departments and agencies to develop campaigns that deliver high-quality leads for our sales and business development teams. The role is responsible for lead nurture, email marketing, account-based marketing, and integrated campaign planning and execution.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about B2B marketing lead generation and all things new media - and want to be part of a dynamic growing business.

You will be responsible for:

Campaign Management

·Helping to develop integrated inbound & outbound B2B marketing campaign strategies and activity plans for key programmes. You will utilise a variety of marketing channels effectively to achieve campaign objectives

·Briefing external creative, PR, event and media agencies to prepare and deliver campaign activity

·Working with key stakeholders to deliver marketing programmes including: product management, marketing and sales teams

·Managing the implementation, tracking and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns, on time and within budget

·Writing and editing copy for a range of promotional printed materials and publications.

·Delivering campaign activity presentations and regular results presentations.

Campaign Reporting

·Managing the master plan of activity to ensure that individual campaigns dovetail effectively without duplication or over-exposure whilst still achieving individual campaign objectives

·Ensuring each campaign has clear metrics as agreed with the Brand Director and ensure that campaigns are achieving appropriate ROI in line with corporate goals

·Delivering bi-weekly optimisation and monthly reporting of results against metrics, including use of web analysis tools such as Google Analytics, CRM reports, KPI reports

·Carrying out post campaign analysis to report KPIs and distribute learning for future campaigns

·Working with marketing team and agencies to understand feedback generated, in order to influence future design work

·Completing competitor benchmarking for promotional activity and report regularly to key stakeholders

·Working with the Sales and Product Management to obtain buy in for campaigns

·Developing CRM strategies for each campaign and coordinate CRM activity

·Effectively manage generated leads from all areas of the campaign activity in conjunction with the internal and external sales teams

·Coordinating event activity and lead generation activity at events as appropriate

·Liaising with the marketing team to ensure campaign materials are aligned with brand identity guidelines and values

·Liaising with the business development to coordinate business to business activity as required

Agency Management

·Day-to-day management of external agencies to develop plans and deliver solutions that achieve ROI required per campaign

·Ensuring that brand standards and guidelines are adhered to

·To ensure that all activity and communication, where possible, is accessible by all disabilities

·To keep abreast of all legislation and regulations and to ensure adherence to legal requirements

·To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably expected

To be successful in this role you will have proven ability in the following areas:

·Managing multi integrated campaigns simultaneously

·Advertising, digital and CRM marketing knowledge and experience

·Strong leadership skills

·Meeting objectives and campaign deadlines

·Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills

·Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to successfully multi task

Ideally, the successful person will have the following:

·A degree or equivalent level qualification

·A recognised professional qualification in marketing would be a distinct advantage

·Experience in a management role - in-house or with an agency

·Ability to travel within the UK and occasionally abroad
