An Integrated Marketing Communications Coordinator is required by a major supermarket retailer. The role is to provide support in the management and reporting of the delivery of marketing processes, tracking and monitoring changes and issues in advertising and driving integration.

The role entails:

-Providing support on the reporting of all Marketing Activity

-Updating the Integrated Comms Manager on key campaign changes

-Updating the Integrated Comms Manager on critical path reporting

-Being accountable for flagging marketing risks to the Integrated Comms Manager

-Supporting the Integrated Comms Manager on preparing key documents for senior meetings

Integrated Communications Planner Requirements

-Experience of working within a marketing function – ideally with some knowledge around media, the process around TV/Creative execution (timings and flow)

-Highly organized with the ability to prioritise and juggle various tasks

-Self motivated character

-Confident character with strong interpersonal skills

-Great knowledge of Excel

-Great knowledge of PowerPoint and able to pull summary slides together in a quick and efficient way.
