Chase and Holland are excited to be working with an innovative, forward thinking South Yorkshire based business. Our client has experienced sustained growth in recent years and are looking for a Part Time Credit Controller to join them at this exciting time.

The ideal candidate must have up to date credit control experience and be able to work well within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the credit control function for specific customers from assisting in the efficient collection, control and administration of monies owed to the company to processing designated payments received and ensuring payments are correctly allocated to their respective invoices.

Key duties include;

  • Management and maintenance of Suppliers Data on the Accounts Receivables System
  • Collecting payments to target and ensure collection of debt within customer payment terms and to minimise overdue debt.
  • To ensure accurate, immediate allocation of receipts to accounts
  • Forecasting payments
  • Query resolution
  • Highlighting any potential debt risk to the Credit Manager
