The Head of Corporate Marketing will be responsible for developing a creative and innovative strategy to grow the current distribution capability whilst always keeping the customer needs at the front of mind. A large part of this role will be delivering an ambitious digital transformation project for a new distribution platform, integral to the business's growth plans in the coming years.

My client is a FTSE listed, multi-product, FS business with a number of successful companies in the group.


The Head of Corporate Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of the Corporate Marketing plans across both acquisition and retention channels
  • Delivering innovative and effective improvements to the current plans
  • Contributing toward the Group Communications plans and supporting their targets
  • Ensuring the digital capabilities of the business continue to evolve and remain integral to the overall omni-channel plans for the group
  • Ensuring customer experience is upheld irrespective of the point of engagement
  • Build a Corporate Marketing team that will deliver maximum revenue
  • Producing end to end marketing activity that support the commercial targets for the Corporate Marketing team
  • Measuring activity and working with the analytics team to produce meaningful insights
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to communicate plans and progress


The successful applicant will have:

  • Proven B2C experience (preferably in a previously similar role)
  • Previously delivered a successful digital transformation project
  • CRM system knowledge (Microsoft dynamics 365 would be advantageous)
  • Previously managed large budgets
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Demonstrable experience of guiding a strategic transformation project
  • A Marketing degree or related qualification
  • Previous experience in a regulatory business
  • Both strategic and creative hands on marketing skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of advertising, ROI, brand building and product development
