A brand new opportunity has arisen to join a local, well established business in Lancaster that has aggressive expansion plans and offers fast career progression, both in pay and title!

This is a dynamic and diverse business that offers the right candidate the chance to learn and grow with it, as they continue to see record growth. Working closely with the sales consultants and accountants, you will:-

* Provide the teams with full administrative support
* Respond to client queries by email and over the phone
* Issue client contracts and ensure all relevant documentation is returned on time
* Obtain and document the relevant legal documentation required by law, such as employee’s rights to work in the UK
* Update and maintain client records on the internal management systems
* Update clients with relevant pay and tax information

This is a traditional administrative role in a fast paced environment that will require:-

* A quick learner
* Someone who is very process driven
* Someone who can work under pressure and not get panicked or flustered!
* Someone who can communicate to people at all levels and not be afraid to deal with queries on the phone
* The ability to understand complex law and regulations and relay them to a client in a simplistic way.

In return, the company will offer a competitive salary of between £16,000 and £18,000 per annum depending on experience, free parking and access to training of your choice that can help progress your career within the firm.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday flexi time (any time between the hours of 8am and 6pm)
Holidays: 20 days plus Bank Holidays

Candidates who are comfortable communicating on the phone and have perhaps had experience in other process driven roles would be ideal. Previous administrative experience is highly desirable, however candidates that have worked in a customer facing role would also be considered.

Recent graduates are also welcome to apply as the client recognises how a degree can also be equally process driven!
