Administrator / Receptionist

Salary £20,000

Hours of work 08.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced Administrator / Receptionist to join their team.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet clients

Prepare showroom and ensure high levels of customer service

General office duties, answering the telephone, data entry (Sage invoices), filing and diary management.

Applicant must have previous experience in a similar role with proven customer service and administration experience and a good eye for detail.

Knowledge of Sage 50 invoicing, Excel and Word.

Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to use own initiative with a friendly, professional manner.
