This family run businesses Retail/POS creative and production teams are looking for a friendly, professional person who wants a varied role, who can multitask and who understands that exceptional customer service is their standard.

You will have a positive can-do attitude with excellent communication skills, be highly organised with good attention to detail. You will relish the challenge of working in a creative and innovative fast-paced marketing environment and be ready to support the team to astound and inspire our clients.

Key Duties will include:
- Support the Project Managers by completing various administration tasks such as job check sheets and creating combined Excel spreadsheets to ensure project instructions are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
- Managing client helpline logs to complete project deliveries.
- Utilise company MIS system to raise purchase orders and invoices.
- Planning and arranging multi-site meetings/customer visits, including organising catering.
- Managing reception area and greeting visitors and customers.
- Organising of office consumables such as paper, inks, boardroom supplies.
- Managing incoming/outgoing post.
- Take project meeting/kick off notes and circulate.

Key Skills/Experience
- Good communication and confident at dealing at all levels and with customers.
- Organised with a methodical approach to tasks.
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel - comfortable working with multiple spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Attention to Detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Be a team player but also able to work on your own initiative.

Hours of work:Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.15
