Job DescriptionSales Manager: An experienced, commercially aware Sales Manager is required to take overall responsibility for the sales performance of the flagship Harley Street clinic for the UK's leading Cosmetic Surgery Groups, established as a leader in the field of Cosmetic Surgery and Laser & Skin Treatments with clinics throughout the UK.

As part of this management level role the ideal Sales Manager will have previous successful experience in a prestigious, consultative Sales Management role, preferably within a healthcare setting. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of exceptional client service at all stages of client journey whilst closely managing the clinic's direct sales team ensuring KPIs are achieved.

A natural leader, you'll have the ability to inspire and motivate others to fulfil their potential whilst implementing and programme of continuous improvement across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure takings and revenue budgets are exceeded (monthly and annual) adjusting requirements on a live basis.
- Drive the conversion performance of the clinic - from consultation to operation performed.
- Ensure all consultations are performed appropriately and ethically.
- Assess all counsellors to ensure their knowledge of procedures and surgeons is of a high standard.
- Provide effective leadership, development and performance management of counsellor team.
- Set clear SMART objectives for all the counsellor team, highlighting good performance and moving quickly to address poor performance.
- Assess the clinic's sales funnel and address weaknesses.
- Observe consultations to ensure that the client has a great experience and that we maximize sales opportunities.
- Develop local strategic plans to improve the performance of the clinic in line with the company vision.
- Ensure all consultations that do not book are followed up appropriately.
- Close diary management to ensure all resources are maximised.
- Provide every client with a single point of contact throughout their journey.
- Maintain a culture of success.

Skills & Experience:
- Successful background in sales management - consultation experience preferable.
- Strong leadership, skilled in improving individual and group performance.
- Excellent man management skills - recruitment, objective setting and appraisal.
- Strong objection handling skills.
- Analytical with an eye for an opportunity.
- Proven experience driving continuous improvement.
