CVM People is excited to be working with one of the UKs best loved finance houses; building on a piece of work one of our consultants delivered some years ago, designing and building the original CVM and Analytics function, we are now looking to deliver a strategic insight expert into the Analytics team.

The role
As Strategic Insight Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of customer insight to senior, director, and board level stakeholders across the business. Focussing on longer term pieces of work and often tackling holistic and open business challenges, you will be utilising a broad range of analytical tools and methods, and data ranging from rich transactional to poor unstructured to unlock valuable insight to inform senior decision making.
This is a very visible role, as your work supports strategy across the business and for numerous high-level stakeholders, however, you will also have the opportunity to lead and inspire a team that you will in turn be able to rely on.

You have a broad tool kit - with a good grounding in SAS and SQL as well as an in depth understanding of structured and unstructured data environments
