Secondary Education Consultant Role
Working alongside the highly successful Leicester team, your role will consist of building strong and trustworthy relationships with school leaders and decision-makers across both existing and potential client schools in Leicester City and Leicestershire. You will have a strong ability to build relationships and provide a consultative approach to delivering a first class end-to-end recruitment service to our hiring managers and candidates alike. By using a combination of channels including social media, job boards, headhunting, career events and University liaison you will be able to attract and recruit the necessary quality and quantity of exceptional talent required to fulfil the temporary staffing needs of our clients. This is a 360 role and will involve candidate generation, interview and compliance process alongside business development and client sales. Your ultimate aim is to provide ongoing and regular teaching and support staff to the schools in your Area. As a trusted advisor to your schools and candidates, it will be your responsibility to seamlessly guide the schools and candidates through the process from vacancy to placement and beyond.
