Are you looking to join a great team and work in a role that offers variety and challenge? We currently have an opportunity for an Administrator to deal with Vendor Compliance & Reporting, working within our Procurement team on a 16-week contract.

We are looking for someone who is highly efficient, has a thorough and demonstrable working knowledge of Excel and can work very accurately and is skilled at prioritising and organising. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, as the role calls for someone who can manage their own workload on a daily basis. You will be comfortable with electronic processes, processing data and have strong and well-developed administration skills.

About the Role:

• High volume data input and checking of vendor information and compliance
• Compilation of data from multiple places and consolidating into one place
• Ensuring that vendor forms are completed accurately
• Ensuring vendor reporting information is checked and kept updated
• Updating and uploading vendor information to the system
• Internal stakeholder engagement

About You:

• Administration experience in a commercial environment
• A practical and good working knowledge of Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-driven / able to work as part of a team
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Confident communicator both written and verbal
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
