33249 - Group PMI Administrator

My client in West Byfleet is recruiting for an experienced and confident Group PMI Administrator. The successful candidate will assist with the implementation, maintenance and administration of a large account of groupmedical, dental and travelpolicies for our clients.

Location: West Byfleet
Hours: 09:00-17:00 with 1 hour lunch
Salary: £25,000-£35,000 pa
Benefits: 23 days holiday per annum
4 x Death in Service
Health Cash-plan
1-7% Employer Pension Contribution

Key duties:

  • Liaise with clients and providers ensuring strong relationships are being built and excellent service is being provided
  • Preparing and assisting with scheme annual revisions by collating client data
  • Obtain and process quotations and prepare renewal reports for consultants
  • Collate client data and prepare scheme implementation and prep suitability report
  • Build great knowledge of group medical products to ensure email and report writing is accurate
  • Maintain accurate client records to ensure effective reviews by managers
  • Report any complaints and urgent issues in the correct manner
  • Report back to the PMI team in regards to work flow, accounts, reports and renewals

Key requirements:

  • Knowledge of 1st software database systems such as Avelo
  • Knowledge of Corporate Medical, Dental and Travel Insurance
  • Knowledge of Group Death in Service, Income Protection and Critical Illness
  • Grades A/B in English and Maths
  • First class verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Good knowledge of Excel and formulas.
  • A level English or degree educated
