Responsible for: the Visual Merchandising standards and training for all stores and concessions.

Support the Development of the brand's Visual Merchandising strategy by creating innovative ways of showcasing the collection. Manage, train and develop the VM's and store teams to ensure they implement company directives correctly and effectively, to maximise sales and profitability within the stores. Ensure visual merchandising standards are strong and consistent and to the highest standard across the business.

As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll need to:
·Support the Head of Creative and head of Visual merchandising to manage and implement the visual direction of the brand, maximising visual impact through identifying creative solutions to problems
·Create eye catching and innovative stock presentations that enhance the customer experience
·Adapt visual merchandising guidelines to suit the needs of each store (where required), ensuring standards are maintained
·Manage the set up of Mock Shop, ensuring the pack info is up to date and the collection is in store on time
·Organising multiple and often complex projects with last minute requests, making sure all information is communicated to all relevant parties in a timely manner
·Support the production of visual merchandising guidelines and pack directives, for use across the company ensuring clarity and accuracy of content prior to issue of launch
·Share experience and knowledge with the VM and store teams through regular training and feedback
·Maintain and demonstrate a constant personal awareness of, and interest in, current and emerging trends in design and visual merchandising

Working hours

Work involves early starts, regular overnights and long days when implementing pack rollouts.

What to expect

·The VM Manager may spend a lot of time in the office or may be based in a store. Much of the work is in London, but travel and overnight stays are essential and could be required at short notice.
·You need to be highly motivated and able to withstand pressure working with stakeholders and store teams, under tight turnaround times.
·Flexibility and mobility are extremely important, as is the ability to multitask the creative and logistical aspects of the role.
