Overall Job Purpose:

To deliver an effective and efficient customer focused service to all SCC clients, meeting service level agreements (SLA) and customer expectations.

Main Duties of the Job:

 Ensure all training is completed relevant to apprenticeship requirements.
 Repair and maintain hardware PC’s, laptops, printers and associated peripherals.
 To replace equipment
 Assist other team members in all aspects of the business, as and when required
 Deliver parts and equipment to site as required for customer/colleagues, in line with contractual requirements
 Communicate with Resource control and/or the Branch/OTL throughout the day
 Complete part movements (RMA generation & physical movement) in a timely manner, returning items as directed by the Branch.
 Achieve targets and objectives as set by the business
 Utilise PDA to check and update allocated calls in a timely manner to achieve required commit time, and reflect actual work done in real time
 Must be flexible, to work overtime when required to do so
 Understand and adhere to SCC Group policies and procedures
 Be professional and presentable at all times.
 Be able to embrace new technologies and adapt to change.
 To undertake Health and Safety activities commensurate with post and or SCC Group Health and Safety Policy
 Full UK driving licence
 Company assets to be maintained

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

You must hold 5 GCSEs (graded A* to C or 9 to 5) or equivalent.
* Have Level 2 English, Maths and IT or equivalent.
• Have been a resident in the UK/EEA/EU for the last 3 years
Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of PC, laptop, printer & associated peripherals operation
Key Clients specific procedures
SCC Technical Test & security clearance on appointment
Full UK driving licence
