aigoFind are working with established company with an impressive customer portfolio based in Nottingham. We are currently supporting the recruitment for a 3rd Line Support Engineer.

Duties and responsibilities:

Providing 3rd Line Support to customer base including fault resolution and health checks.
Installation and configuring hardware and software
Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving faults
Ensuring all jobs are completed within the service level agreement.
Supported platforms include, Backup, Shared Storage and MDM
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties), if appropriate)
Prioritising and managing many open cases at one time
Liaise with external software suppliers to resolve software and hardware issues

Skills and experience required:

Mac OS X and iOS, operating systems in a business environment is essential,

Windows Server and Hyper V operating systems in a business environment is essential

Experience in working with Apple Hardware

Minimum of 1 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk environment is essential

Adopt a positive and enthusiastic approach
Use empathy when dealing with employees on support issues
Telephone, email and interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Team player

Salary and benefits:
£30,000 - £38,000 plus fantastic benefits.
