Job Description

Due to increased workload my client is recruiting for an Administrator to join their small, busy team. You will be working in a lovely office environment and your key duties will include:

  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post
  • Taking incoming calls and answering customer queries
  • E-mailing and uploading proposals to clients
  • Preparing and issuing correspondence to clients - eg reports, general letters
  • Managing office stationery and stock
  • Maintaining and updating client files on internal database (Act)
  • Backing up of all data
  • Preparing monthly targeted mailshot campaigns using internal and external data
  • Providing a high level of support to sales staff and directors
  • General administration duties as required

Key skills and experience required:

  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Good PC skills - Microsoft Office
  • Any experience using Act would be beneficial
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organised and able to work to deadlines

Hours of work: Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday, 9.00am - 4.00pm

Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays
