Job Description

Optime Group are looking for a part-time Payroll Administrator to work alongside our successful team in Crawley. The role offers very flexible hours and the opportunity to be part of a growing, fast-paced recruitment business.

What's on offer:

  • Hours: 10:00 - 15:00
  • Days: Monday - Wednesday (3 days per week)
  • Rate of pay: £8.00-£9.00/hour depending on experience
  • Holiday pay
  • Pension

What you'll be doing:

  • Making sure all hours are collated in a timely manner
  • Chasing timesheets from workers to make sure they are received as early as possible
  • Liasing with clients to ensure pay queries are resolved quickly
  • Using Sage to process payroll
  • Sending payslips to all workers

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience of using Sage Payroll preferred - Although training can be provided
  • Extremely organised and methodical
  • Can work to tight deadlines
  • Enjoys being part of a team
  • Takes pride in their work
