Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support Engineer
My client a leading Enterprise API Integration Software provider is looking for an experienced IT Desktop Support Engineer to work in a London based role providing remote, telephone support and troubleshooting expertise.
This role will require a good knowledge of Networking.
As part of the team you will be responsible for supporting all internal users and being the 1st point of contact to close tickets.
Skills needed for IT Helpdesk Support Engineer:
Provide hardware and software support for users throughout the business
Assist with the delivery of projects including hardware refreshes and software upgrades
Maintain the server infrastructure
VPC and VPN provisioning and troubleshooting
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a desktop support role and have excellent customer service skills.
