Job Description

Manage an Established CIN/CP Team

A London based Local Authority is seeking an experienced Team Manager to provide leadership to its CIN/CP team. This is an established and experienced team with a low staff turnover.


  • Authority received a Good Ofsted
  • Stable & Established Team
  • Average SW caseloads of around 18 with 2 cases going through courts
  • Established and Long Standing Permanent Senior Management Team
  • Bring your ideas & contribute to service development
  • Relationship based practice

Managing the team you will be working with established staff who are friendly and adaptable and are able to cope with complex cases. The Authority have also received a Good Ofsted and provide a range of training to their staff whether that is in the form of modular training or a MSc. Staff are also able to access a range of research materials via a range of a range of partnerships.

The Local Authority is looking for an experienced Manager who is able to empower their Social Workers and provide them with the confidence to work on their cases. You will be fully supported by the Senior Management team who are also permanent members of staff and have been with the authority for more than 5 years.
