Job DescriptionDigital Marketing Campaign Manager: A dynamic, creative and analytically focused Digital Marketing Campaign Manager is required to design and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple media channels for a long-standing not-for-profit organisation. The organisation promotes active, fulfilling lifestyles by providing sport and leisure opportunities to over 120,000 members. The organisation is in the midst of an exciting digital transformation programme to create a market-leading customer experience to increase membership and product usage.

The ideal Digital Marketing Campaign Manager will have a passion for turning data insights into creative and integrated digital campaigns that drive recruitment and service uptake, whilst being able to demonstrate campaign-specific marketing ROI.

Applications are particularly welcome from candidates with previous hands-on experience of marketing automation tools, lead generation, PPC and SEO.

- Segment the growing database of prospects and members to identify target audiences for acquisition and upsell campaigns
- Manage the successful development and launch of digital campaigns and projects, with focus on online and social channels
- Use Google Analytics, Social Media Analytics, content scheduling & email marketing platforms
- Deliver input and direction to SEO/SEM and optimisation strategies and initiatives for all consumer-facing websites and mobile apps.
- Review the impact of digital activity to feedback to the team on key campaign metrics and success measures
- Initiate, develop and manage working relationships and networks with stakeholders and partners to optimise digital marketing campaigns

Skills & Experience:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- 2-3 years' experience in digital campaign management and analysis at a company with a strong online presence or agency
- Excellent creative copywriting skills and application across social, editorial and email marketing
- Experience using CRM and Marketing Automation tools
- Experience of audience analysis, segmentation tools and techniques and new audience acquisition strategies
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) to analyse campaign performance, media budgets
- Experience in digital advertising, programmatic buying, paid social, mobile, and video
- Knowledge of buying and selling media.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, able to work collaboratively with personal credibility.
