We are seeking to appoint an administrator to work as part of the Student Financial Services team to provide accurate and informative information, advice and guidance to learners within Further and Higher Education with regard to internal and external bursary funding. You will be supporting the College to achieve the attendance, retention and achievement targets by efficiently administrating the student financial support processes, whilst adhering to government guidelines and department procedures and processes.

The successful applicant will require qualifications to level 2 (including Maths and English), excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work well with colleagues and students at all levels. You will also need proven IT skills especially experience of data base interrogation and prior knowledge of the FE/HE environment. An information, advice and guidance or a customer service qualification will also be an advantage.
