Digital Account Director - Social Lead
My client, a progressive and innovative communications agency working in the entertainment space is looking for a Digital & Social Account Director to work across a portfolio of retained clients but with a particular focus on an iconic British entertainment brand. As the Digital Account Director you will bridge the gap between digital, social, PR and creative with quality output and results. You will be the client services and strategic lead across all digital and social activity for this client and others in the agency so you must come with excellent agency pedigree and an impeccable client servicing record. You have experience working across multiple channels including web, social, email, online advertising, PPC and SEO. You have a high level of understanding of social platforms features & functionality - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest – you are keen user professionally and personally. You should have good knowledge of social analytics & monitoring tools, website analytics tools, content management systems, email marketing and newsletter software as well as experience across all Microsoft Office products and Google Apps. You should have experience of digital advertising and paid social, with an understanding of how ppc & display activity can integrate into the mix, on behalf of brands on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, You are strategically minded, you can do big picture but also handle detail. You have fantastic communications skill, a brilliant work ethic and a fabulous sense of humour.
