Internal Communications Manager
Internal Communications Manager role for a mid-sized, international law firm that is at the top of its game in a number of sectors and boasts a great culture. This role will lead the development and implementation of strategic internal communications and marketing objectives to increase the market profile of, and engagement within, the firm. The marketing and business development team is under new leadership and is enjoying increased engagement from the partners. Responsibilities include: · Using creative communications techniques to drive, develop and implement an internal communications strategy across all stakeholders that fits into the business strategy and represents the brand values of the firm. · Manage all internal communications, including the weekly emails, screens, intranet homepage, posters, senior management news and general marketing updates · Promoting the firm’s vision, brand values and market positioning to attract and retain clients and talent. · Editorial responsibility for the staff quarterly magazine and bi-annual alumni magazine. · Work with various internal and external stakeholders on the creation and roll out of content including white papers, research reports, brochures and infographics. · Manage all marketing pages on the intranet to ensure the content and information is always up to date; The ideal candidate should have communications/brand/media relations experience preferably in a professional services environment, alongside an in-depth understanding of brand and reputation. You will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
