We are recruiting for an organization with an office based in Bracknell, Berkshire and they are seeking an Assistant Channel Marketing Associate to support the Channel Marketing team.

Salary up to £25k per annum, plus benefits

General Purpose:
• Supporting the channel marketing team to very best standards.
• Providing support to a selection of product categories
• Create and provide analysis of reports and identify key opportunities to improve sales and productivity
• Work with all functions in the business to drive towards revenue and margin targets

Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
• Essential for the candidates to have extensive experience working with MS Office, primarily with high level proficiency in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Manage the “requests for quote” process and approve pricing based on internal guidelines.
• Support and follow up product introductions/go to market strategy and analyze success with Business Intelligence tools
• Analyze SKU positioning within the market and measure result against history and given targets and objectives.
• Competitor SKU analysis, by feature price point and unique selling points, then use this data to strategically plan with channel marketing promotions to win market share.
• Have a constant understanding on availability, forecast and run rate, to work with sales, planning and channel to ensure overstock/understock situations are addressed swiftly.
• Admin of the Instant Rebate/BER/VIR/FF/FI business programs.
• Admin of RMA returns and analysis of RMA rates to proactively feedback to PM’s potential recurring issues.
• Work with our customer services group to admin daily requests in a timely manner.
• Compile and track in house market shares to use for strategic planning with channel and sales.
• Follow up and work with sales to keep in line with MSRP
• Possess customer-centric skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Must be enthusiastic and dependable
• Experience in IT Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain Management, Account Management is welcome.
• Intermediate experience working with MS Office; proficient in Excel (creating charts, pivot tables, lookup, formulas) is a preference.
• Analytical skills, must love numbers.
• Experience and technical knowledge of the PC Gaming or PC Hardware market preferred
• Preferable a passion for gaming and technology and is proactive in staying up-to-date
• Well organized, process driven with ability to multitask fast and efficiently
• Ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail with great accuracy
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Be Fluent in English (both spoken and written), any other language is welcome.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
