Employability Assessor (Work Skills, Customer Service, Business Administration) – 4-month FTC

St Helens


Our Client, a leading, UK organisation within the training and assessing sector is currently seeking a Tutor Assessor to join their dynamic team on a full time, contract basis in St Helens.

You will support unemployed customers gain employability skills and enable their progression towards employment. You will deliver a combination of skills training, job focused programs, workshops, and supported job search. As well as employability, you will also support customers through Work Skills, Customer Services and Business Admin training.

Key Responsibilities:

·Delivering tailored programmes to enable learners to move closer to sustainable employment

·Differentiating training delivery to ensure the learning needs of customers are met

·Working with the team of coaches and employers to develop sector focused programs, leading where possible to guarantee interviews and sustained job entries

·Keeping accurate reports and learner records

Key Skills and Experiences:

·Experience of working in teaching and learning, ideally with some Employability experience

·Experience in the delivery and assessment of accredited qualifications in Employability, Maths and English

·Maths and English at Level 2 or above.

·A formal teaching qualification (PTTLS or equivalent)
