Role - Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Industry- IT Sales

Location- Leeds City Centre

Salary- £18k-£22k Basic + Bonus Per Placement for first 3 months, then uncapped commission structure paying up to 40% per placement.

This is an entry level trainee recruitment consultant position ideal for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and career driven graduate looking to build a successful career within recruitment.

The Benefits- As a big believer in building from the bottom to the top, my client has invested heavily into their training programme specifically developed to progress candidates from a trainee recruitment consultant through to a managing recruitment consultant. This includes a combination of external training, conducted by two professional external recruitment trainers, alongside the hands on development provided on a daily basis by the director themselves.

With the majority of the opportunities my client recruit for being based in London, this role includes monthly excursions to conduct hold meeting with both clients and candidates in the city. This includes business trips to some of the most exclusive locations in London.

This is a trainee recruitment consultant position steeped in progression opportunities, initially focussing on candidate interaction and generation, moving through to a fully fledge recruitment consultant position, with an uncapped commission structure with up 40% paid on placements (Average Fee’s over £20k!), and up to a managing recruitment consultant role with, a dedicated resource team working alongside you.
