    Manage customization projects for products within workflow/application.Frontloading for product development and product adaptions based on understanding Molecular Diagnostics customer needs.

    Define and set up marketing initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with the Life Science counterparts and implement with Demand Management Center of Excellence defined by annual marketing plan.Create workflow/application specific product offerings and related marketing materials tailored to specific Molecular Diagnostics requirements.Drive defined marketing projects or defined marketing project work packages (e.g. dedicated web representation, share of wallet) and strategic evaluation (e.g. GMP and pricing).Evaluate business opportunities and risks emerging from the field and defend the related business cases e.g. customization opportunities Intelligence.Implement tools for customer, market analysis and competitive intelligence and collect information.Identify technology and application trends in translational applications and Laboratory Developed.

    Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.
Position Requirements

    Master degree in biology/biochemistry or similar with a solid molecular biology background and expertise.Minimum of 4-years of experience in a sales or marketing role.Overview of and interest in MDx testing applications and workflows (routine and emerging).Fundamental understanding of technologies and products which are used in customer workflows.Good business sense and affinity to marketing and sales topics.Fluent in English.

    Team player and self-motivated.Ability to work independently on complex tasks.Ability to drive execution in a cross-functional project team set up.
