You will be genuinely interested in a career in child care and have the passion and enthusiasm to deliver outstanding child care by complementing our existing team of child care practitioners.
About our Reading International Nursery
Our devoted team of Busy Bees childcare experts have designed our nursery to suit the needs of young children aged 3 months to 5 years by embracing the notion of safe nurturing and learning through play, for every age and stage.
Nestled behind the Verizon Building and set within extensive grounds and secure gardens, we are ideally placed for busy families at Reading International Business Park, with easy access to the M4, junction 11.
We understand that children learn through play and observation which is why our nursery is equipped with an incredible variety of brand new, age appropriate toys and equipment. Children need fresh air and our outdoor spaces contains stimulating features and sensory play areas.
Our highly trained staff are exemplary role models who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and giving children the best start in life. In addition to the main primary areas of learning (Personal, Social and Emotional, Physical and Communication and Language), we also demonstrate common courtesy, mutual respect and patience, whilst always keeping at the forefront of everything we do that learning must be fun!
Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop
Plan and provide effective care, teaching and learning that enables children to progress and prepares them for school?
Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or carers or other professionals to meet the individual needs of the children?
Make accurate and effective use of assessment reflecting the needs, interests and stages of development of the individual children.
