The role

Reporting to the Directors the role will be to manage the administration department and all roles within.

Key duties will include:

·Managing the quality and submission of multiple funding paperwork

·Maintaining key relationships with administration teams in partnership organisations

·Undertaking quality inspections of funding paperwork

·Creating Project Management Plans prior to the commencement of recruitment programmes

·Preparing course paperwork including learner workbooks, funding paperwork etc

·Maintaining and managing learner information records

·Implementing and managing key administration processes

·Stock management and ordering of training stationary

·Travel and accommodation for trainers across the UK

·Managing the allocation of training computers and training rooms ahead of courses

The candidate will have

·Experience of ESFA funding rules and guidance

·Knowledge of the Adult Training and Education sector

·Excellent attention to detail

·Advanced general administration and IT skills

·A strong organisational background, preferably with experience in coordinating and planning training

Pay rate: £17k-£20k depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
