Hays are proud to be working with our longstanding clients in their search for a new Training Coordinator to join their HR Team. This organisation have been growing rapidly after opening several new sites.
Your new role
This is a brand new role, created to enable you to put your own stamp on the training and development programmes provided by the organisation.
Reporting into the Training Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the development and delivery of training programmes
Inducting new staff and ensuring they receive relevant training
Creating and managing skills matrix
Providing administrative support for the training function
Ensuring all training documents are up to date
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience operating in a Training Coordinator role
Previously worked in the manufacturing industry
Capable of operating in a fast paced, high volume environment
Full UK Drivers Licence and access to own vehicle
Flexibility with working hours - You will be required to work alternative hours occasionally to support the night shift
