Our client is a leading global FMCG retailer based in Northamptonshire established for over 100 years. They aim to provide their customers with products of the highest quality whilst providing outstanding service to their customers by maintaining their friendly spirit. They are currently looking for someone to join their company in an exciting team driving brand excellence globally.
The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting Brand Manager on a global brand. They will make recommendations for brand strategy carrying out key market research in order to determine insight that will mould strategy and drive NPD. They will identify new opportunities within the market based on research, in order to develop products in line with consumer needs and demands.
They will oversee new product launches and brand activation, ensuring that it is targeted to the audience using market segmentation and tailoring to local markets effectively.
They will work closely with cross functional teams ensuring that brand plans are carried out on time and effectively to high standards whilst working within a fast-paced environment. The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for overseeing packaging and marketing material ensuring that it is in line with the overall branding. The successful candidate will be a team player and able to manage multiple projects to strict deadlines effectively.
The successful Assistant Brand Manager will have:
Brand Management experience
Experience in interpreting data, insight & recognising consumer trends
A commercial and practical mind-set
The Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Experience within FMCG or Retail
Salary £35,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits
