About You

A creative thinker and problem solver, you will have experience of providing frontline IT support and management of IT systems. You will be able to build working relationships and work cooperatively as part of a team, with an ability to communicate information effectively. Excellent planning and organisation skills are also essential.

You will have specialist technical knowledge and support of Apple Mac and PC hardware, operating systems, software and peripherals. Experience in operating audio-visual technologies and IT to support and enhance teaching, learning and student experience is also important.

About the Role

This varied technical support role provides the opportunity for creativity in a forward thinking and customer focussed department, within an innovative new building.

Your primary responsibilities will be to provide first and second line technical and student support for the specialist hardware and software employed within the Catalyst Building.
